Abstract
In this article, the authoress demonstrates that, after a very long period of time of polemics within the doctrine, the logic concept of unitary regulation regarding the rules of evidence in the Romanian civil lawsuit has finally won over. The provisions of the new Code of Civil Procedure set forth dispositions in connection with this matter.
