Considering the way of regulating the procedure of intervention of other creditors in the forced execution phase, in the executive practice the question was raised if this is also incidental in the matter of garnishment. This article, through the arguments it contains, aims to answer this question and, at the same time, to explain the hypotheses of the occurrence of competing garnishments.
